Question : Is the Patriot Act considered Unconstitutional?
Thesis: There are many opinions on the Constitutionality of The Patriot Act, but through articles, books, and professional opinions the Constitutionality will be determined.
View: I believe it is unconstitutional
Reasons:
1-Goes Against the Amendments
2-Takes Away from Personal rights
3-Disrespects American Citizens
4-Also plays a role into criminal justice system

The Patriot act strongly stretches law enforcements ability of surveillance and power to investigate. It is one of the greatest threat to liberty, and basic human privacy. The act gives search and surveillance to all law enforcement and foreign agencies and get rid off all checks and balances. Which in turn makes are world no longer free.

The Patriot Act changes law enforcements ability to investigate and use surveillance. It is a huge threat to human rights. The Act eliminates checks and balances, and makes us live in a non-free society.
The USA PATRIOT Act broadly expands law enforcement's surveillance and investigative powers and represents one of the most significant threats to civil liberties, privacy and democratic traditions in U.S. history.

Upper Saddle River, New Jersey Prentice Hall 2010
The book is a very updated book, on the most recent laws. The book a very informative piece, and is not at all one sided. The book just simply states the facts of all the laws that are currently popular, and in use. It is a very accurate book, and will be a good recourse to use when referring to laws, bills, and acts.
